Cristopher Sánchez is one of the best starters in baseball this season at 2.93 ERA/1.22 WHIP with 17 wins, giving PHI a significant pitching edge. Jonah Tong is a small-sample call-up with only 21 IP, making his ERA unreliable and his profile risky. The Mets' lineup hits LHP worse than RHP (.231/.684 vs LHP), undermining their hot recent form. PHI's lineup has several cold hitters (Marsh, Stott, Realmuto), limiting the upside, and PHI is trending down at L10 4-6 with a 2-game losing streak — enough to keep this a moderate lean rather than strong despite the elite arm.

Pittsburgh holds a meaningful advantage in recent form (W3 streak, L10 6-4) and offense (team OPS .743, R/G 4.66 vs KC's .719 and 3.88), with hot bats in Lowe and Oneil Cruz. Wacha has solid season-long numbers (3.34 ERA), but KC is ice cold offensively (3.2 R/G last 10, .212 AVG) and riding a 3-game losing streak. Bachar's ERA/WHIP (3.50/1.12) compares favorably for a mid-rotation arm. The matchup is relatively even in pitching, but PIT's offensive edge and momentum make them the lean at near-even money.

The Cubs have a strong offensive club (OPS .772, 5.43 R/G) but David Peterson's 5.11 ERA/1.55 WHIP is genuinely concerning — he fails the pitching gate for a strong lean. Lowder's 5.79 ERA is even worse, and the Reds' lineup is cold (.216/.602 in L10 games) with several frozen bats. The Cubs are the better team overall, but Peterson's struggles mean this could easily become a shootout that goes either way. At -163, the price doesn't compensate for Peterson's volatility.

Gavin Williams is having an excellent season (3.78 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, 235 Ks in 174 IP) and faces a struggling Athletics offense that is 3.3 R/G over the last 10 games with a 5-game losing streak. Cleveland's offense has exploded recently (6.4 R/G last 10, .267/.820 in that stretch), and multiple Guardians are hot (Bazzana, Martinez, DeLauter, Bailey). The Athletics send out Jack Perkins with a 6.14 ERA and 1.48 WHIP — a significant liability. The gap in pitching quality and current form strongly favors Cleveland, though the -248 price means this is a 'take it' situation purely on merit.

Patrick Sandoval's 4.99 ERA and alarming 1.79 WHIP in 57.2 IP is a major red flag — he fails the pitching gate cleanly. Tampa Bay is the superior team (94-60, .610) with a dominant record and 8-2 in L10. Griffin Jax (3.80 ERA, 1.20 WHIP) is a reasonable starter, and the Rays' lineup features Junior Caminero (41 HR, .895 OPS) as a standout threat. Boston's offense has sputtered (3.0 R/G last 10) with multiple cold bats. However, Sandoval's small IP sample and the -155 price keep this from being a strong lean.

Atlanta's Martín Pérez has been excellent this season (3.07 ERA, 1.26 WHIP) and the Braves bring solid recent form (5.2 R/G last 10, L10 6-4, W2 streak) with multiple hot bats including Acuña, Baldwin, and Dubón. Houston is 3-7 in L10 with a 2-game losing streak and their offense struggles vs LHP (.237/.709). Hunter Brown has a 3.43 ERA but only 97 IP — a limited sample. The Braves' pitching edge and momentum make them the lean at +128, providing good underdog value.

Troy Melton has been outstanding this season (2.52 ERA, 1.10 WHIP) and gives Detroit a meaningful pitching edge over Davis Martin (3.96 ERA, 1.30 WHIP). Detroit has been red-hot offensively over the last 10 games (6.2 R/G, .285 AVG, .846 OPS) with McGonigle, Greene, and Torkelson all carrying hot streaks. Chicago's lineup has been ice cold in the recent stretch (4.0 R/G, .195/.637) with multiple cold bats. At near even money (-105), this represents good value for Detroit's pitching and offensive surge.

This is a difficult game to assess with conviction. Jake Irvin's 5.51 ERA is a liability, but Washington hits LHP very well (.261/.774 vs LHP) and Mathews has only 37.1 IP — a tiny, unreliable sample. STL is 3-7 in L10 with a 4-game losing streak and cold lineup (.228/.607 last 10). Washington shows better recent form (L10 6-4, W2 streak) but their offensive form has slipped (.230/.667 last 10). With two questionable starters and mixed signals on both sides, this is a pass.

Jacob deGrom (3.79 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, 194 Ks) is a quality arm who gives Texas a legitimate pitching edge. Spencer Miles has impressive numbers (2.65 ERA) but in only 91.2 IP — a limited sample that carries uncertainty. The Rangers are 6-4 in L10 with a W2 streak, while Toronto is 4-6 with a 2-game losing streak and a weak offense (3.54 R/G, .697 OPS). Several Rangers bats are heating up (Seager 🔥, Lopez 🔥). The Blue Jays lineup does hit RHP reasonably well but the overall team profile is thin. At -170 the price is a moderate drag but deGrom's quality justifies the lean.

Kade Anderson has a 5.33 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in only 25.1 IP — this is a highly unreliable small sample and he fails the pitching gate for a strong lean on Seattle. Sugano's 5.49 ERA is similarly problematic, and Coors Field amplifies both starters' vulnerabilities. The Rockies lineup has been hot recently (TJ Rumfield 🔥, Jake McCarthy 🔥, Tovar 🔥, Norby 🔥) at home. Seattle's offense has surged (5.8 R/G last 10) but Anderson's fragile profile makes Seattle's moneyline at -163 very difficult to trust.

Both starters are below-average with Kremer at 5.35 ERA and Johnson at 4.88 ERA — neither clears the pitching gate for a directional lean. Minnesota is 3-7 in L10 with a losing streak, while the Angels are worse on paper (60-95) but have shown surprising recent offense (4.0 R/G last 10, Neto/Siri/Ballesteros hot). The Twins offense has sputtered recently (3.1 R/G last 10). At near-even money lines (-120 MIN / -101 LAA), neither side offers compelling value given the pitching uncertainty on both sides.

The Dodgers are clearly the superior team (95-60, elite offense at .768 OPS and 5.01 R/G, multiple scorching bats — Tucker, Muncy, Betts, Hernandez all 🔥) and the Giants are a 64-91 club sending out a pitcher with only 19.2 IP. However, the Dodgers' starter is TBD — a mandatory pass condition since we cannot assess the pitching matchup properly. The -286 price also carries significant negative value requiring an overwhelming demonstrated edge. The WPS reflects the Dodgers' team quality advantage but the pick is No Play due to the unknown starter.

This is a competitive matchup. San Diego's offense is scorching (7.3 R/G last 10, .332/.950, L10 9-1, W4 streak) with multiple red-hot bats (France, Merrill, Cronenworth, Bogaerts all 🔥). However, Sandy Alcantara (3.84 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, 206 IP) is a legitimate ace who can neutralize even hot lineups. Buehler (4.58 ERA, 1.37 WHIP) is decent but not dominant enough to justify the Padres as a strong lean. Miami's offense has also heated up (5.4 R/G last 10). The Padres are the lean but -150 price on a good-not-great starter makes this a borderline pass.

Corbin Burnes has only 7.2 IP this season — he's essentially returning from absence with a meaningless ERA in a tiny sample, making pitching evaluation impossible for Arizona. Will Warren (3.89 ERA, 1.36 WHIP) is a reasonable mid-rotation arm for New York, which has quality depth (89-65) but hits RHP poorly (.229/.712). Arizona hits LHP much better than RHP (.273/.776 vs LHP vs .232/.687 vs RHP), which actually hurts them against Warren. With Burnes' sample being essentially zero, this game cannot be reliably evaluated — pass.

Jacob Misiorowski is having one of the best seasons in baseball (1.89 ERA, 0.81 WHIP, 243 Ks in 166.1 IP, 15-5 record) — a dominant ace who clears every pitching threshold. Milwaukee is the best team in this slate (97-58, .626) with a blazing offense (6.9 R/G last 10, .291/.827) and multiple hot bats including Turang (.452 L14, 🔥), Mitchell, and Ortiz. Baltimore's Brandon Young (3.65 ERA, 1.37 WHIP) is serviceable but overmatched. The Orioles offense (.701 OPS, 4.08 R/G) is below average with several cold bats. The -206 price is steep but Misiorowski's elite profile and Milwaukee's multi-factor dominance justify the play.
