The concern is Toronto's offense vs LHP (.218/.626) is poor, but their L10 7-3 form and W2 streak show the team is playing well. New York's offense is in a severe cold stretch (2.8 R/G last 5, .200 AVG, .638 OPS) with multiple key hitters ice-cold including Ben Rice and Jazz Chisholm Jr. Cease should be able to exploit this slumping lineup. At -118, there's reasonable value on the better pitcher.
