Chicago's offense is indeed potent (.756 OPS, 5.15 R/G, 7-3 in L10) but they hit much worse vs RHP (.738 OPS) compared to vs LHP (.804), and Cease's strikeout rate will suppress even this lineup. Toronto at -112 is essentially a coin-flip price on a genuine ace vs a struggling starter — that's value.
