This is a tightly contested game between two quality clubs, but Milwaukee holds a modest edge across multiple dimensions. Logan Henderson has been outstanding in a smaller sample (2.47 ERA, 0.84 WHIP in 98.1 IP), and while Rasmussen is elite (2.67 ERA, 0.91 WHIP), Henderson's sharper WHIP gives Milwaukee a slight pitching edge. The Brewers' recent form is the decisive tiebreaker — MIL is 8-2 over their last 10 with a 5-game win streak, while Tampa is 5-5 with a 1-game losing streak. Milwaukee's offense has also been hotter in the last 10 games (4.4 R/G in L5 window vs. TB's 3.8 R/G), with multiple hot hitters including Turang, Ortiz, and Mitchell carrying momentum. At -120, the Brewers represent neutral-to-acceptable value given their overall superior record, home field, and better recent form.
