Gavin Williams holds a meaningful pitching edge over Griffin Jax — Williams' 248 K in 184.1 IP dwarfs Jax's 116 K in 112.1 IP, and his tighter WHIP (1.11 vs 1.18) on a much larger sample gives CLE a clear arm advantage. Cleveland is riding a scorching L10 (8-2) with 5.3 R/G over their last 10 games and hot bats in Steven Kwan, Angel Martínez, and Brayan Rocchio. Tampa's lineup has cooled dramatically — just 3.8 R/G in their last 10 games with a .226/.629 slash — and key hitters Yandy Díaz and Liam Hicks are ice cold. The home-field edge at Progressive Field plus the lineup's recent surge make Cleveland a reasonable moneyline lean at -130, which sits in the neutral value range.

The Brewers' starter is TBD, which is a significant unknown — the pitching gate is directly impacted on Milwaukee's side, while Los Angeles counters with Tyler Glasnow posting an elite 0.95 WHIP and 98 K in 74 IP. Glasnow's dominance gives LAD a decisive pitching edge, and their lineup (team OPS .766, 4.94 R/G) is superior to Milwaukee's, with Will Smith, Mookie Betts, Andy Pages, and Kyle Tucker all heating up. The Dodgers are also on a 3-game win streak with an 8-2 L10 record and 5.0 R/G over their last 10 games. Milwaukee is a strong team (103-59) with a hot lineup of their own — Brice Turang and Joey Ortiz are scorching — but facing an unknown arm against an elite, healthy Glasnow at Dodger Stadium gives LAD the clear edge. At -157, the value is slightly negative but justified by the pitching and lineup advantages.
